 Thirsty Whale in Minocqua has allowed us to paint from their decks over the water.  Great views followed by a delicious lunch!
June 13
Marywood Franciscan Spiritual Center - Marywood is located on beautiful Trout Lake about eight miles north of Woodruff, Wisconsin on Highway 51.  The Center is on the shoreline of Trout Lake in Arbor Vitae, Wisconsin, has been a place of rest, leisure, renewal, prayer, rejuvenation, play, inspiration and peacefulness since 1992.  Beautiful gardens and frontage make this a wonderful location to explore for the artists.
 June 20

JJ Acres  - JJ’s is an independent retail     garden center and landscaping company.  The spring flowers will be spectacular!  It is located at 9436 County Hwy. J in Woodruff.  Turn east on Hwy J from Hwy 51, just south of Hwy 47. 

June 27
 Cathedral Point  - near Boulder Junction and part of the North Highland-American Legion State Forest.  Follow HWY M toward Boulder Jct. After passing the intersection with N, continue on M for 2.5 miles.  Don't turn into the campground, but continue to the "Dept of Natural Resources Trout Lake Forestry Headquarters" sign.  Follow that road past the headquarters building.  A little farther there is a large block building on the left and a small sign which points to Cathedral Point.

July 11

Kemp’s Station -  Kemp Natural Resources Station is a research and teaching facility operated by the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences of the University of Wisconsin at Madison.  Located in the heart of Wisconsin's Northwoods, Kemp Station's 235 acres support some of the last remnants of old-growth forest in the Lake States. Located at 9161 Kemp Road in Woodruff.  From Woodruff:  Travel south on State Highway 47 for 3.95 miles. Turn right onto Kemp Road. Travel 2.0 miles down Kemp Road to the Station entrance. The Office and other buildings are located another 0.5 miles down the road.
July 18
Manitowish Waters Community Center 215 County Road W. located on Hwy 51 with views of the Koller Library and the airport.  We will be painting during the Manito Art League Art Show and the local flea market.
July 25
Manitowish Waters Lions Club Flea, Craft & Farmer’s Market located at the MW Community Center.  In addition to getting an opportunity to paint the ‘local color’ we will also have a sales booth to display and sell our art.  Bring paintings you want to offer for sale!

August 1
Lake of the Falls - The great waterfalls drop 10 feet into the Turtle River. Located about 6 miles W of Mercer in Lake of the Falls County Park.  Take Hwy 51 to County FF and follow the signs to the Dam.

August 8
 Little Bohemia in Manitowish Waters on Hwy 51.  Located at 142 Highway 51 S.  The location offers lots of historical buildings and great views of the water.  Lunch will follow in the restaurant.

August 15
 Camp Jorn in Manitowish Waters offers a great variety of subject matter.  Take Hwy 51 north to W, through Manitowish Waters.  Turn right on Hwy K and follow the signs to Camp at #28 Red Feather Road.
August 22

 Pipke Park in Presque Isle - located in      Northwestern Vilas County at the intersection of County Roads B & W. There's a wooded area, a marshy area, water view of the pond, a short stretch of the Presque Isle River with rocks (though the river is probably less than 10' wide) and a wooden bridge.
From Boulder Junction, drive 5 mi. North on County Road M. At the intersection of County Roads B & M drive 9mi. Northwest on B.
From Manitowish Waters, drive 15 mi.Northeast on County Road W.  The park is located on Co W just 1/4 mi. west of Co B.  Turn into the American Legion parking lot, then turn either right or left and you will loop back to the same spot in about a mile.  

August 29
Downtown Boulder JunctionWe’ll meet around the downtown area to ‘paint the town’.  Plan on lunch at the Outdoorsman Restaurant around noontime.
